CocoBerry – moist raspberry and coconut cake topped with delicious cream cheese icing

Big Daddy – dark chocolate cake filled with gorgeous salted caramel sauce and topped with dark chocolate ganache

Rosey Posey – lightly fragranced cake iced with rosewater glace icing and a swirl of rosewater buttercream

Mango Tango -  fruity mango cake with a swirl of mango-flavoured buttercream

Peach/Passionfuit – light vanilla cake filled with a tart peach and passionfruit curd, iced with a swirl of cream cheese icing and a little decadent passionfruit syrup to finish
