How much notice is required?
We require 3 days’ notice on standard cupcake orders. We all have busy lives and understand that sometimes this may not be possible. We will do all we can to accommodate last-minute orders.
For weddings and special occasions (customised orders), we require a longer notice period.
Do you make customised cupcakes?
Absolutely! We love to get creative. We can help with your wedding, corporate event or special occasion. Just call us to discuss what you would like.
Do you deliver?
Due to the fragile and perishable nature of cupcakes, we currently deliver only within Christchurch. Pick-up can be made from either store location.
Is there a minimum purchase price required for delivery?
Yes, there is a minimum $46 order for delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
There is a $10 delivery charge on orders. To ensure that our cupcakes reach you in perfect condition, we make all deliveries ourselves rather than leaving it to a courier.
How do I store my cupcakes?
We recommend that you store your cupcakes in an airtight container in the pantry. We do not recommend keeping them in the fridge.
Payment
We accept Cash, Eftpos, and Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. We are also unable to accept credit card payments over the phone at this time.
What are your opening hours?
Our Beckenham store is located at 140 Colombo Street and is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 4pm. Our Riccarton store is located on Level 2 of Westfield Riccarton and is open Monday to Wednesday from 9am to 6pm, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm.
